We stay one night at the three-star historic Santa Maria Inn, in the historic section. Gold stars on the hotel room door indicate which Hollywood movie star slept there. The inn has a pool and hot tub, restaurant and bar, shops, and a coffee bar.
Santa Ynez
We treat ourselves on our last night to the four-star elegant Victorian Santa Ynez Inn. Rooms are lavishly appointed. The inn has an outdoor whirlpool tub, a fully equipped fitness room with sauna, a private massage room, spa services and beauty treatments on site. Some rooms have their own private whirlpool tubs. Enjoy wine, hors d'oeuvres, evening desserts, and a full gourmet breakfast in the morning.
